In the latest patch the most OP main mastery is Thunderlord's Decree - (at lvl 18) 180 + 0.3AD + 0.1AP every 20 seconds.

Masteries for season 6! - TUTORIAL
For start I need to say masteries changed a bit. Actually we have 3 labels (FEROCITY, CUNNING, RESOLVE)
